This Evening's Layout Refresh

I got home today and didn't like the look of the blog (again) so have decided to give it a little update. Again it's still going along the simple black/white theme but this time I've tried to make it a little looser.

Here's the old layout for comparison:

The header you see there is something I added last night after fiddling about with photoshop, I wasn't too hot on it but figured it was better than the slightly random image I had beforehand.

Feedback on the layout is always welcome, as ever I know some people won't like it so please tell me how to improve it if that's the case!
